Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from Mind Games, meaning customers have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return or an exchange.

For a Return:
To start a return, please visit the Returns Portal:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received, unopened or unused, in its original packaging. Fragrance samples, limited edition items, and sample discovery sets are not eligible for returns. 

For international returns, please note that returns cannot be made through the Returns Center portal and will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Fragrance samples, limited edition items, and sample discovery sets are not eligible for returns.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), limited edition items (decanters, sets) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to use our Returns Portal to initiate an exchange, and exchanges are always free! Please use the Returns Portal consistent with this policy to initiate your return of your existing product in exchange for a different one.  

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, or unused, with all product information, and its original packaging.  You’ll also need the order number.

Refunds Exchange Status
If you would like an update on the progress of your returned or exchanged item(s), please use the same order number that you used to initiate your return by emailing customer.experience@mindgamesfragrances.com. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and the refund has not posted, please contact us at customer.experience@mindgamesfragrances.com.
