Unopened Mind Games products can be returned via our perfume fragrance return policy for a refund up to 30 days from the shipment date. A complimentary sample is included with every full size fragrance product so that you may test the fragrance before it is opened.
Fragrance samples are NOT returnable in any condition.
The packaging must be unopened and undamaged, including unopened cellophane wrap where applicable, for the product to be eligible for a return. You will receive the refund in the original form of payment within 10 business days after the product is received, inspected, and approved for a return according to our perfume fragrance return policy.

If you are using your own shipping method, you must provide a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
